Processing Time

Please be advised that the processing times for all orders are typically within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Within this timeframe your order will be shipped. Delivery of your order is estimated to take 2-4 business days, contingent on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the timely fulfillment of your orders. 

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm EST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that orders will NOT be shipped on non-business days, and these days are not counted within your specified shipping window. Rest assured, every order is shipped using UPS and USPS Priority Shipping.

Please note that shipping times are provided as estimates and approximations. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may lead to unprecedented delays. In the event of a significant delay, rest assured that we will make every effort to notify you as far in advance as possible.

Package Delivery

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of your package, please verify that your address is accurately entered and includes all necessary information. This includes using correct abbreviations, providing accurate street numbers, and including building or apartment numbers where applicable. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Address Delivery Policy

In the event that a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error by the shipping carrier (e.g., misreading the label, delivering to the wrong house number despite the label being correct), the following procedure should be followed:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email. Please double-check that the address you provided is accurate.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the incorrect delivery. You will need your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. The carrier will be best equipped to investigate the delivery issue and attempt to retrieve the package.
  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier. Most carriers have a process for filing claims regarding misdelivered packages. You will likely need to provide documentation such as your order confirmation and tracking information.

Spicy Bowls Galore will gladly provide you with a copy of the shipping label generated for your order upon request to assist you in your claim with the carrier.

We understand that incorrect deliveries can be frustrating. By providing accurate shipping information and contacting the carrier directly in the event of an error, you can help facilitate a resolution. Therefore, Spicy Bowls Galore will not be held responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address if the shipping label generated by our system matches the address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen and/or Damaged Packages

SPICY BOWLS GALORE assumes no liability for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Should you receive a damaged order, please reach out to UPS or USPS to initiate a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before proceeding with the claim. Any disputes related to lost or stolen packages will require proof of purchase and adherence to SPICY BOWLS GALORE'S store policies.

  2. Contact the Carrier Directly – If your package is delayed or marked as “In Transit” for an extended period, please reach out to USPS or UPS for further assistance:

Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Spicy Bowls Galore cannot guarantee the condition of items delayed in transit. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delayed due to carrier issues. However, in rare cases where a package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Express Shipping Available

To help ensure faster delivery, we also offer express shipping options at checkout. If you need your order sooner, we recommend selecting this option to minimize potential delays. Please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.  

6. Delivery Attempts and Perishable Goods:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is crucial that someone is available to receive the package at the designated delivery address.
  • The carrier will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender. Due to the perishable nature of the items, they will be discarded.
  • In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If you anticipate being unavailable during the estimated delivery window, it is your responsibility to:
    • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
    • Arrange for an alternative delivery time or pick-up location.
    • Provide specific delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are returned or discarded due to unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from the customer's unavailability or failure to contact the carrier.

  • Express shipping may not be available for all products or destinations.
  • Certain remote areas or locations may experience longer delivery times, even with express shipping.
