Damages and Issues
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you. To be eligible for a return for receiving the wrong item, your item must be in the same condition and containers as you received it. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, along with photo evidence.


Non-Returnable Items
Our items cannot be returned due to them being perishable goods. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds (Special Circumstances)
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your complaint to assess the extent of the issue. Following our evaluation, we'll inform you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you can expect to receive your correct item or an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing time may vary, and it might take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
